Manufacturer warranties

Many products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Where a warranty applies, its length and conditions are stated on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the product. Warranty claims can be started by contacting us with your order number; we will help you reach the manufacturer or handle the claim on your behalf where we are able to.

Faulty items

If a product develops a fault within the warranty period through no misuse, we will repair or replace it or, where that is not possible, refund it in line with our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

We do our best to describe products accurately. Specifications, weights and dimensions come from manufacturers and may be approximate. Images are for illustration; colours vary between screens and packaging can change. If something specific matters for your purchase, please ask us before ordering.

Safe use

Outdoor and camping equipment must be used as intended and in line with the instructions supplied. In particular:

• Follow load, weight and capacity limits for tents, chairs, hammocks and roof equipment.
• Use stoves, fuel and fire products outdoors only, away from tents and flammable materials, and never leave them unattended.
• Keep knives, tools and small parts away from children.
• Check weather conditions and the suitability of equipment for the environment before use.
