Secure connection

The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type cannot be read in transit.

Payments

Card payments are processed by established payment providers on their own secure pages. Card numbers never pass through or get stored on our servers. Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout, so you can pay in person if you prefer.

Your account

• Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never visible to us.
• You can turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings, which asks for a code from an authenticator app when you sign in.
• Changing your password requires your current password.

Inside the store

Access to customer information by staff is limited to what their role requires, and changes to orders and content are logged. Sensitive settings can only be changed by the store owner.

Honest reviews

Reviews on product pages come from customers who bought the product, or are clearly marked when they come from another source. Reviews are moderated before they are published, and you can report one that looks wrong.

Reporting a security concern

If you find a security problem on the site, please tell us through the Contact page with as much detail as you can. We will acknowledge your report and fix confirmed issues as a priority. Please do not access other people's information or disrupt the site while testing.
