Stock information

Stock levels shown on product pages are updated regularly, but an item can sell out between your visit and your order. When that happens we tell you promptly and refund anything paid for the item, or offer an alternative if you prefer.

Where products come from

Some products are held in our own stock in Bahrain and dispatched quickly. Others are dispatched directly from partner warehouses, in some cases outside Bahrain. The delivery estimate at checkout reflects where the items in your order will come from, and an order may arrive as more than one parcel. Either way, your contract is with us: we remain responsible for the order, the products and any return or refund.

Changes to products

Manufacturers occasionally update designs, colours or packaging. Where a change is significant we update the product page; minor variations can occur without notice.

Discontinued items

When a product is discontinued it is removed from the store. If you ordered it before it was withdrawn and it can no longer be supplied, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Back-in-stock alerts

If an item is out of stock you can ask to be notified when it returns. We send one e-mail when stock arrives and do not use the address for anything else unless you have opted in to marketing.
