Yes. You can cancel an order free of charge **before it is dispatched**.
Method & procedures
Cancel from My Account (open the order and choose Cancel, if available) or email **support@camp7ven.com** with your order number. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Terms & Timelines
- Orders not yet dispatched: full refund, including delivery charges.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled; you can request a return after delivery under our Refund Policy.
- If we cannot fulfil an order or it cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, we cancel it and refund you in full.
- Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
How long will it take for refund to be processed?
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within **5 working days** of the cancellation being confirmed. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
