• Submit reviews or messages that are false, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or unrelated to a genuine purchase.
• Abuse promotions, discount codes, rewards or referral programmes, including by creating multiple accounts.

What happens if these rules are broken

We may remove content, cancel orders, withhold promotional benefits obtained improperly, suspend or close accounts, and where appropriate refer matters to the authorities. Where we can, we will explain what happened and give you a chance to respond.
