PAYMENT & BILLING

This page explains how payment works and what you will see on your invoice.

Payment methods

The methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may include:

• Cash on delivery, paid to the courier when the parcel arrives.
• Card payment through a secure payment provider. Depending on the provider this can include Visa, Mastercard, BenefitPay and digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Store credit from refunds or rewards held in your account, which can pay all or part of an order.

Security of card payments

Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure, encrypted page. They never pass through or get stored on our servers. We receive a confirmation of payment and, where the provider shares it, the card brand and last four digits so you can recognise the payment on your order page.

Currency and VAT

All orders are charged in Bahraini dinar (BHD). Prices shown in other currencies are indicative estimates. Where VAT applies, the rate and amount are shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.

When you are charged

Online payments are taken when you complete checkout. If a payment fails or is not completed, the order stays unpaid for a limited time and you can retry from your order page; unpaid orders are then cancelled automatically.

Invoices and documents

An order confirmation is e-mailed to you when the order is placed and an invoice is available from your order page once the order is paid or confirmed. Guests can open their documents from the link in the confirmation e-mail or through Track order.

Discount codes and store credit

One discount code can be used per order. Codes may have a minimum order value, an expiry date or apply to selected products only; the conditions are checked when you apply the code. Store credit has no expiry unless stated when it was issued and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Billing problems

If a charge looks wrong, or a payment was taken but the order does not appear, contact us with the order number and the time of payment and we will investigate straight away.
